Commission Process & Timeline

Please be aware that I work on commissions out of order. I work in stages (sketch, lines, color, etc.) and like to bounce between large and small works. It helps keeps my workflow steady and prevents me from getting stuck on parts.I always do my best to deliver art within the projected timeframe, and will reach out if I need an extension. Feel free to message me for an update at any point, or check my trello where I keep updates about larger commissions.Please let me know if you need a piece by a certain date. Rush commissions may be subject to an extra fee (+15% - +50%) depending on how quickly it's needed compared to the regular turnaround time for the type of order.

Commissions Through Ko-FiI use Ko-Fi for smaller works that have a short turnaround time and have no sketch review process. Ko-Fi commissions are usually delivered within a week, but can take up to 2 weeks depending on my current circumstances.You provide everything I need when you purchase a commission on Ko-Fi, if any requested information (pose, background, etc) is omitted then it will be left to my artistic freedom.I will fix any mistakes/errors that were my fault for free! Any other alterations can be completed for an additional fee that will depend on the complexity of the request.

Commissions Outside of Ko-FiAll of my larger commission types (as seen on my rates page) require more communication, revisions, and usually come with a longer turnaround time as a result.

Rights, Usage & Credits

These rights apply to all of my works including ko-fi commissions, gifts, art trades, and of course, regular commission types. Please read over them carefully to make sure you have full understanding of what kind of usage is and is not allowed before you commission me.Artist RightsI retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter and/or streamed on Twitch unless the Client requests otherwise before project begins. A NDA or confidential commission status may be subject to a +50% fee.Full payment is required before I begin work. NO REFUNDS once work on a commission has begun. However, I am allowed to cancel a commission at any time if I am unable to complete it. In this circumstance a full refund will be issued.Client RightsClients are granted exclusive rights for personal use of the Work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.Personal use includes: Social media profile pictures, layouts, themes, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and products that are not for sale or distribution to any other party (i.e. for the Client's personal spaces or as a gift).Clients may not at any time significantly modify, edit, change the Work without permission from the Artist. Small edits like filtering or cropping the piece are fine as long as my signature is not purposefully removed.Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my username (@wyspic) or link (wyspic.art or ko-fi.com/wyspic).It is prohibited to use the Commission to promote hate speech, which includes but is not limited to displays of racism, homophobia, transphobia, antisemitism, pedophilia, and general discrimination.Commercial RightsUnless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included. Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any monetized work (i.e. including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, music releases); and reselling rights means selling the Work to another party or on any platform.Commercial licenses require additional charges on a case-by-case basis.Any Work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.
